The white chocolate buttercream is pretty sweet and a little rich, yet it goes well with the cinnamon cookie base. While none of us feel like this really captures the taste and texture experience of eating fried ice cream, we found this one to be surprisingly delicious anyway. The Fried Ice Cream Cookie is a little reminiscent of fair food with its cinnamon cookie, white chocolate buttercream, and fried ice cream streusel. Either way, we like it and recommend giving it a try if you enjoy sweet, syrupy things! Fried Ice Cream Cookie Taste-wise, some reviewers say they really captured the flavor of the breakfast favorite, while others say it’s a little too sweet and more like a cookie with syrup on it than a waffle. It looks like a waffle, especially once you pour the syrup on it.
